A dedicated website for conference registration is now available. The final deadline for payment of the conference fee and additional excursions has been extended to 15 May 2016. Fjell og Fjord Konferanser AS administers all payments and enquiries should be directed to them.
The conference fee of NOK 2800 includes lunch, coffee/tea and snacks throughout the duration of the conference, as well as refreshments and finger food during the opening ceremony.
We are pleased to offer two alternative excursions (for a nominal fee), which will take place on Wednesday 22 June:
- Boat trip on the Bergen Fjord, NOK 100,- (limited to 350 persons)
- Guided tour to Bryggen and Fløyen, NOK 50,-
More information about the excursions can be found here. A closing reception at the Haakon’s Hall will take place on Friday 24 June. Advance registration (no fee) on a first come first serve basis is required to attend the reception as the hall can only accommodate 350 persons.
The conference fee can be paid through our secure online solution, either by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or pre-payment (invoice).
You will need your IATS registration number (six digits) when registering for the conference. Please note that all transfer fees should be charged from your account, not the account of the IATS.
Registration and payment for one of the two excursions as well as the closing banquet have to be made at the same time as you pay the conference fee.

Cancellation policy:
- For cancellations before Sunday 15 May 2016 the conference fee will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of NOK 350,-
- For cancellations after Sunday 15 May 2016 there will be no refund.
Only written cancellations will be accepted.
